TORONTO BIKE SHOW
Just a quick report on the CSRA booth at this weekend's Toronto bike show. I worked the booth Saturday afternoon and I have never seen it so busy in three years of helping out.
There was so much interest in the speedway racing that by about 4:00 pm Saturday, we had exhausted our supplies of Paris Speedway 2005 race schedules!
Let's hope that even a fraction of those who showed interest make it out to watch the racing this season. I also spoke to a guy moving here from Alberta, who is very keen to start racing.
Everyone involved with the CSRA should be proud of this years booth and all thanks for this are extended to David Hensby for his superb organization and efforts.
Of special interest was the presence of John Keyhoe's GM laydown machine. Many thanks also to John for allowing us the use of such "prestigious" machinery.
All in all, a great show and thanks to anyone involved who hepled with the manning of the booth.

2005 WEBSITE
Firstly, a "Happy New Year" to all our visitors. Over the next week or so I will be working on the website to bring it up to date with the new season.
For instance, all the old news will be archived accordingly, our "Bike" pages will be updated so Michael's will reflect his GM laydown and mine will show my Weslake, etc. etc. etc.
Also, I will be continuing with the "Speedway Bike History 1960's to Present Day" article, and this will have a link button directly from the home page.
I hope you will continue to check back periodically for updates and new news. I do apologize for the lack of new content recently, but hopefully we can make the 2005 site more interesting from here on.
Thanks once again,
Phil #21 and Michael #2.
